The amount you use per cup will depend on how much you use. There are other herbs that can be combined for tea but generally two heaping table spoons of Chamomile that have been crushed up in a mortar and pestle to enhance the flavor of chamomile will yield four cups. This Bag of 10 oz lasts quite awhile using a mortar and pestle to increase flavor while using less herb brew. Use a fine mesh strainer to get more flavor with less plant material.

I'm sure that this is an excellent product, but I noticed this list of possible cross contaminations while casually reading the back of the package. For this reason, I had to send it back as a person with allergies. In my mind, I kept it because I was not going to drink the tea, but use it to wash my hair. I would prefer to have something that does not have the potential for cross contamination. Making sure the picture is good for those like me and putting it up for them.
Due to lack of experience, I will not be drinking this tea, but will use it to make a rinse for tea cups (Extra, I know ) so I can't comment on its taste. enjoyed the aroma of the chamomile flowers and did not find the flowers to be suspect. * I have attached pictures of the item from opening to the flowers, I hope they provide some insight.
Additionally, I find it to be very effective as I drink it before sleeping, and I instantly fall asleep and stay asleep, something I rarely ever manage on my own. The amount of tea I was steeping in my cup actually had to be lowered because I felt like I had taken Nyquil or something.
The good news is that I ran out of my stash because my friends and family enjoyed it so much. As a result, I am very happy with the product. The camomile buds are still intact, and they smell very much like those that I harvest myself. The next time I purchase, I will certainly do so.

Using one tea spoon for two cups of tea in my teapot without losing any flavor, I can refill it with more water at any time! You can eat it for years, it helps with digestion, and it tastes DELISH! We'll definitely be buying this product.
Taste is not my concern. I bought these for oil infusions and I cannot speak to their taste as an infusion. Quite a few of them were in the bag, which smells great. So, I was pleased to find the bag a lot bigger than I expected it to be. As a result, there was lots of dust in the bag. However, flowers make up a much greater proportion of the bag. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase and could see myself making a similar purchase in the future.
Not only do the flowers provide a rich flavor to the tea, they are whole flowers, not just dust from chamomile plants.
