Is this item soluble in water?

Vegetable palm glycerin is the basis for this product. Take a look at the glycerol molecule's formula, HO-. CH2- CH (OH) - CH2- It has three hydroxyl groups, which together account for 55% of the molecule mass. Take a look at the water molecule's formula, H- OH (or HO-) is an abbreviation for "out of the box." It has the same hydroxyl groups, but they represent 100% of the molecule's mass. Strong hydrogen bonds can be formed by hydroxyl groups. As a result, glycerin and water can dissolve in each other indefinitely.

Is it possible to apply this to the skin?

That's what I think. I take it at night to help me unwind.

It's the first chamomile extract I've ever used that's actually concentrated and effective; in fact, it's the best before-bedtime relaxant I've ever tried, which is saying a lot. It calms me down when I'm not in the mood for sleep but am feeling jittery or anxious.
