It's taken sublingually and straight up for me. It's not as soothing as a sleeping pill, but I like it.
The flavor is intense, but I'm not sure if cooking will result in a bitter aftertaste.

It's chammoile, and I already drink that type of tea, so I figured I'd give it a shot because the price was so good. I'm glad I took the chance! It instructs you to dilute a dropperful of the liquid with water. No, the flavor isn't perfect, but who cares? It's only a smidgeon, and it's not bad. This is FANTASTIC, in my opinion! It reduces my anxiety and alleviates the racing sensation in my heart that I experience. I'm at ease, cool, and collected - Unlike pharmaceutical anxiety pills, which can make you feel drowsy, out of it, or spacey, you will be fully aware and present. No, I don't want to be that way, and I don't want to put that garbage in my body. I prefer all-natural products, and I strongly advise you to try chamomile!.
Close to bedtime, I mix two squirts in a small amount of water to aid in my sleep. It has a pleasant flavor. Within 20 minutes, I could tell it was working. After taking this, I would not advise driving. It wasn't a euphoric, drugged feeling, but it was definitely a relaxed one.
I've been dealing with anxiety for years, and doctors aren't interested in telling you about natural remedies because they'd lose money from big pharma. I'll never leave the house without it in my bag again.
This is the only thing that has helped me with insomnia, aside from melatonin and prescription drugs. I've also tried valerian pills and extracts, passionflower extract, hops pills and extracts, Melissa (lemon balm) pills, extracts, and tea, among many other things. br>br>This won't knock you out if you're suffering from insomnia, but it will help you relax. It works even better when I combine it with 3 mg of melatonin. In addition, the flavor is quite pleasant - as if it were a concentrated camomile tea syrup.
This is fantastic; it suits my needs perfectly! But I was devastated when I discovered that the squishy part of the dropper had been pushed in and the liquid had spilled halfway out when it was wrapped in bubble wrap. I'm not sure what happened because the safety seal was on and all, but I'll keep using it because I need it for labor, but I'm sharing it in case it happens to anyone else.
I'm not sure if there are any other more potent tinctures out there, but I'll keep an eye out for them.
I use this to help my daughter get to bed because she is on a sleep-disrupting medication. It's wonderful, effective, and the taste is strongly of alcohol/doesn't taste good, but it's natural, effective, and doesn't interfere with her melatonin production like melatonin does. br>br>It's a wonderful tool to have.
