The research I did indicate that apigen is a common flavonoid found in chamomile. However, I have not found research that indicates it is present in every form of chamomile if its absence is important, try adding apigen into your purchase instead. For the manufacturer, I would suggest you contact them since chamomile is the only ingredient listed on the label.

Keeping this product properly stored will extend its shelf life to three years.

It's worth the effort

This item is of excellent With this stuff, I find that I can easily drift off to sleep with my blue light glasses and low lighting. It takes me less than 30 minutes to fall asleep with this stuff. A more natural sleep was achieved by reducing my dependence on sleep pills.

As a result of using this product, I notice I am It's fair to say that I am extraordinarily sensitive to what goes into my body, so I cannot guarantee that anyone else will have the same experience, but it's not very expensive and may be worth a try if you're having panic attacks.

A little time is needed for it to sink in. In the chart it suggests using 1 tablet, but after consulting my doctor I now use 4 twice daily.

Sometime I use it when I need a good sleep and it works perfectly for me. Taking chamomile tea during the day can work as well. I have chamomile tea at home and I noticed that my anxiety has disappeared immediately after drinking it, Hence, I bought the pills because I just can't carry the tea with me anywhere. The practice is good for sleeping as well as mental health.

I think 200 pills for the price is not bad. I am speaking of German Chamomile. Chamomile, the King of Chamomiles, is known for its muscle-relaxing properties.
