Do you have the ability to use water without it?

it has a little bit of sweetness to it. I hold it under the tongue for a few seconds before spitting it out. The way I do it is very effective

There is a slight sweet taste to it, but it is otherwise a bit overwhelming. Although I don't particularly care for the taste, I use it quite a bit, in part because it helps me cope

This solution is more than likely one percent, which is typical for Chamomile solutions.

Having a good night's sleep is important

I love you! If I don't have anything else I will drop this into some ginger tea or my mouth. Despite suffering from terrible insomnia, I am able to sleep great with this!.

Because I wanted a product that doesn't contain alcohol and because chamomile is known to have many health benefits, I chose this product. In addition to putting it in my water (it tastes great), my dogs' water, and my daughter's water to relieve her intestinal distress, I also gave it to my daughter. I also plan to (have not done so yet) use as a spray It's been a couple weeks since I've used mosquito repellent on my pup. I haven't noticed any benefits, but I haven't used In fact, my daughter believes that it actually helps As this product does not have a strong chamomile scent like those teas I have tried, I have not decided yet on this product. The product received 4 stars for its alcohol-free quality, taste, and packaging.

A great tasting food

It tastes great, almost as sweet as My favorite thing about it is that there is no aftertaste and I usually take Unisom, so I wanted to find an alternative. Whenever I take Unisom, I am asleep within an hour after taking two. In order to achieve this, I had to take a higher dose than the recommended one. Moreover, I think it's more effective at relaxing than putting you to sleep. In one month, I'll have to review it again. Maybe it's better to take it earlier in the evening to get maximum effect.

It has an alright taste, but it packs a lot of power

Compared to other extract brands, this one has a stronger effect, but its taste is mediocre A giant will be put to sleep with it. No matter what level of anxiety you have, it works very well. As long as I don't mind the taste, I'm ok with it.

It wasn't a bad taste but I had more of an effect from a regular chamomile tea, so I don't think it was strong for an extract

The product I've been using has been greatly helpful in relieving my chronic candida symptoms and in fighting the disease. This was surprising to me, but I guess the high concentration of high-quality extract can actually make a difference to your health.
