I'm a healthy, active woman in my early 30s who gets flu shots every fall and has mild seasonal allergies. Even though I don't take it because it causes my blood pressure to drop too much, I give it a positive review. Some people require it, and for them, this supplement could be a lifesaver. Every time I took it, it made me look younger the next day, so I'm disappointed that I won't be able to use it. I'm not sure why it did that; perhaps it was due to de puffing as a result of my low blood pressure.
