I can't always tell if a supplement that supports my immune system is working until it stops working and I become ill. It's sometimes difficult for me to tell if it's the supplement acting up or if I'd be fine without it. I can only assume that this supplement is actually helping to keep me safe and healthy because I've been feeling pretty good since I started taking it. br>br>I don't like to take this every day, but every two or three days if something is causing me to increase my workload. If I'm feeling a little off, or if I've been around too many people I don't trust, I'll up the dose. So far, everything is going well.

I take other daily supplements to maintain my immune system, but I like the ingredients in this one and the fact that it's all organic except for the Vitamin C. Because this is a 30-day supply, I can't afford to buy it every month and take it on a daily basis at the current price. However, I keep some products on hand for "intensive" use in the event that I am exposed to large crowds, plan to travel, or simply begin to feel unwell. Because of the potent combination of mushrooms, particularly Shiitake and maitake, as well as Chaga, which provide anti-inflammatory benefits. This would be something I would take twice a day to ensure I stayed healthy until I felt like myself again. Although I don't use mushrooms on a regular basis, I like to keep good blends on hand in case I do.

I don't do it on a full-time basis - Despite the fact that it wouldn't hurt - I simply can't afford to take a good mushroom blend on a daily basis while still being able to afford the other supplements I enjoy. br>br>I like the Plant People brand and am confident that they go to great lengths to produce a high-quality product; it is a little pricey, but true quality, organically grown ingredients are more expensive. br>br>These are medium-sized, easy-to-swallow capsules. You can take 2 to 2 times per day.

To begin with, everything in here is organic, with the exception of the vitamin C. Ascorbic acid is the least organic form of vitamin C and has a low absorption rate. br>br>There are 60 capsules in this bottle, but it only comes with a 30-day supply, so it's a bit pricey. Many of the ingredients in this supplement have been researched and found to be effective in boosting immunity, but I wouldn't take them on a daily basis. Mushrooms and roots (especially in concentrate and powder form) can be hard on the stomach, and it's also expensive, so I'd only use it if you're showing signs of an influenza-like illness or if you're going to be around a lot of sick people.
