About a few years ago, I had a cholesterol level of 160 when I started using this product. I don't think it's that bad, but it's been creeping up for the last few years. Rather than let it reach 200, I decided to do something about it. Since I dropped from 160 to 133 lbs in the last two years, I did not do anything The doctor told me I don't need to diet or increase my exercise. I just need to keep on doing what I'm Low cholesterol may have been a result of taking omega-3 fatty acids. Two pills per day are taken, one in the morning and one at night. If the doctor doesn't want me to stop using it, I will probably use it for the rest of my life.
The reason why I like it is that it has more Omega 3 (anti-inflammatory) than Omega 6 (pro-inflammatory) than those "krill" pills or whatever else is unreliable. There is no Mercury or heavy metals in this product. The joints feel better, my hair looks nicer, my skin is better, and I don't get sick as much. As I have been taking this product for three years, it has been nothing short of life-changing. I take it before bed so I don't have to deal with fish burp during the day. I don't have fish burp every morning. One large size pill once a day is recommended as the serving size.
The medication has helped me so much since I started taking it. Three pills twice a day with food are sufficient for me. It is so nice not to have peppermint or anything else added to fish oils like most do. You can't even taste the fish oil at all. I notice a significant decrease in inflammation with this product.

Started taking it a week ago as a last resort since I started breaking out very badly over the last few years and nothing else had been working. They are in no way difficult to swallow. Although other medications and supplements I take that are smaller than the gel cover cause me difficulty swallowing, there is something about the gel covering that makes me have difficulty swallowing. My first recommendation is a definite yes!.
