This product was used for six months or more. I've noticed a difference in the texture of my skin. I have also noticed my hair is thicker and I am experiencing A significant improvement was seen in the blood work. A great deal of improvement has been noticed in liver and kidney functions. Although it is a little more expensive, if you want quality and effectiveness you must pay more. You can use this for heart health as well as high blood pressure. It does not leave an aftertaste or cause burping like fish oil does. You have done a superb job!.
