" 3 avoid Carrageenan, which is a known toxin and carcinogen. I'm glad I came across this one. I didn't know what I was getting myself into until I saw the ingredients. Food-grade seaweed extract is listed as an ingredient on the labels. Carrageenan is a type of seaweed. I can only assume that the manufacturer is aware that many people avoid Carrageenan and has listed it as "food grade seaweed extract" in order to conceal the fact that this supplement does contain Carrageenan. br>br>Zero stars for deception as well as the presence of a potentially carcinogenic substance in their product.

When I looked up Carrageenan, I discovered that it causes inflammation, which I am already battling in my gut. As a result, I'm not going to be able to deal with it. br>br>I had just unsealed the bottle the night before so I wouldn't have to the next day when I take supplements with brunch. None have been taken, but I now believe it would be unjust to return it because it is open, so I have thrown it away. "Food grade seaweed extract" is an expensive lesson. I wish I'd realized what it was. Thank you to those who have brought up the real name, as well as the fact that it can cause cancer. Their reviews provided me with the motivation to conduct research. Aside from the Carrageenan, I believe the product is well-thought-out in terms of ingredients. wise. br>br>Be aware that at least one article claims Carrageenan is safe (which is most likely why this company uses it). However, I chose to go with an in-depth article on Healthline and other searches because the comments on it were terrifying. I'm not sure which side is correct. I can't afford to take any chances with my health.
We've been here three days. So far, I haven't noticed any difference. However, I think the new "carrageenan-free" diet is a great idea. (As evidenced by the label in my photo). The old reviews complained that carrageenan was included in the "seaweed extract" ingredient, but the one I received (supposed to be the new version) does not (perhaps the seller listened?). I'm delighted to have discovered this carrageenan-based product. Most other products on the market contain that ingredient, so this is a no-cost option.

I ordered it and began taking 1 capsule daily (instead of the manufacturer's recommended 2 capsules) as directed by my doctor. I haven't finished a bottle yet, but my HDL is in the normal range for the first time, which I had not expected. It's truly amazing.

I like how big the pills are and how they feel in my mouth. They're slightly squishy, coated in a sweet substance (sweet in my opinion), and simple to swallow. Because I don't have much faith in any of the brands out there when it comes to fish oil quality, I decided to go the vegan route. So far, there is no fishy odor or anything off-putting about this product; I've been using it in my daily routine (1 in the morning, 1 before bed) and all I know is that when I take it, I feel better and even more energized/myself than when I don't. Now, I'm not saying that this effect is due solely to this supplement, but regardless of whether I can get enough omegas from my diet or not, I consider it a necessary supplement. I believe this product is to blame for my improved skin in terms of hormonal pimples, so there's that, and I'm feeling fine. The only thing I don't like about this product is the price, and every time I use it, I have trouble getting the lid to screw on properly. It quickly becomes tedious. However, it's irrelevant. I highly recommend this supplement, and I've used a few different types of fish oils in the past. This one, in my opinion, is superior, so I will continue to purchase it.
