The combination of vitamin D3 and omega 3 is called D3. As far as I understand, 3D refers to the third dimension
Make sure you read the label of the ingredients. You should be able to see what is included in your order. Despite the label's contents, I do not entirely depend on it. In 2004, my cardiologist recommended fish oil, and I researched which was the purest fish oil on the market at that time. I have purchased Nordic Naturals fish oil ever since. You should return products that you do not know the composition of if you are unsure.
The ingredients are The following ingredients are used deep sea fish oil (from anchovies and sardines), soft gel capsules (gelatin, water, glycerin, natural lemon flavor), natural lemon flavor, d- itosterol. The three components of this formula are alpha tocopherol, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol in olive oil), and rosemary extract (an essential antioxidant). We use no color or flavor artificial ingredients, nor do we use milk derivatives.
There has never been an aftertaste for me that recalls any kind of fish. If any taste is detected, it's a little lemony. I buy these every morning and never once have I experienced even a hint of fishiness. By keeping the product in the refrigerator, it will be less likely to have an aftertaste.

Rather than reorder when I ran out the last time, I decided not to see if they were actually working or if there were other factors contributing to my improved The irregularities started again after a couple of weeks, so I placed another order. It has been a week since everything was sorted out. I would say these really help me, at least for now.
I order these supplements for years and I love the taste of the lemony herbal juice that does not impart any fishy odor. Two out of the last 3 bottles I've gotten have been terrible. The bottle smells like fish and the products taste like fish (and they are not good). As a result, Nordic Naturals began to purchase from them again on Amazon after I returned the first product. The product I received was rancid, but I did follow the directions exactly and still received a rancid product. I still recommend these if you can find them in a store, but do not purchase.
They are very good. In her opinion, they were a superb product produced in an appropriate environment. It is easy for me to swallow, has a very little or no aftertaste, has decreased my cholesterol levels, and provided me with vitamin D. It helps me combat my dry skin by supplementing D3 which I lack due to sun sensitivity. The only brand that I will buy is this one.
With water, they are not too difficult to swallow, even though they are extremely large gel-filled capsules. These fish have always been flavored with lemon and have never been fishy during all these years. But I have had two delicious fishy orders in the last week! They not only taste fishy now, but they also cause all the pills in my pill box to Some changes to the ingredients have been made, and I hope enough people are aware and speak up so that it is changed.
Oh my gosh! They were the same as I ordered before and had no smell. It appears that this batch has a problem.
My main reason for choosing Nordic Naturals over other fish oils is that they are free from fishy tastes or odors. However, the last bottle of Nordic Naturals has a distinct odor of fishWhenever I open the bottle, it emits that particular odor. While I still take these supplements, I have decided to start shopping for a new brand. The smell and taste of the fish are not conducive to taking them for a long period after they have been taken. You should be able to cope with that if it does not bother you.
I have been using the same brand for almost a year now and don't think I will ever change. There are so many options available in Nordics fish oil that sometimes it's confusing. I've tried a couple of versions and haven't found one I quite like. Ultimately, I decided to stick with the ultimate omega including D3 to meet my 2,000+ iu D3 needs for the day (this product contains 1,000 iu plus my multi, which includes 1,000 iu for a total of 2,000 iu). It's worth noting that quite a few of these are on the larger size for a capsule compared to the Nordic minis. The lemon flavor is refreshing, and I personally find they are easy to swallow. A total of 1280 iu's of DHA and EPA are combined in this supplement, which based on my diet, I believe is a sufficient As long as you eat a healthy amount of good fats every day, it's best to increase your dosage to counteract bad fats. As a whole, I would highly recommend Nordic Naturals.
My husband and I buy this fish oil every month. This is the last bottle I received, and the pill has a new shape (long and skinny) and it makes a foul odor. As for the Nordic formula, I do not know if I received counterfeit product or if it has changed. What ever the case may be, I am not in the market for a new product (either a new distributor or a new item altogether).
