I have the impression that I have been duped. Because these were advertised as MINI Soft Gels, I paid three times the price of similar products. The photo shows this product next to an Advil Mini soft gel, which is what I expected to receive; however, this is just a regular pill, so if you're looking for mini gels like I was, keep looking!.

The capsules have an overpowering fishy odor to them. I'm not sure what the lemon refers to, because it's not lemony on the inside, either. QUESTION ME ON HOW I KNOW THIS. br>br> br>br>I've been taking fish oil for a few years and occasionally forget to take it. But I've always used unscented or lemon-scented ones, and my dogs haven't seemed to mind. They've literally walked away after sniffing them. This has been accomplished by three different dogs! br>br>However, because this capsule smelled INTERESTING, one of my dogs chewed it open ON MY BED. I had to wash him in lemon juice, and I was on the verge of throwing up for the next 24 hours. (I was also thinking about getting a new dog and possibly relocating. ) )br>br>So, because I have OCD and am sensitive to smells, I cannot recommend this product. I’t be able to take these after smelling them no matter what, and then my dog made 10000% it 10000% worse. br>br>Save yourself the trouble and look for a brand that is exactly what it claims to be.

Using it versus not using it makes a significant, positive difference. It's a little smaller than the other capsules I've tried, so it's a little easier to swallow. My eyes are a lot better now.

I've heard it can help people who are depressed, which I'm fine with. When I take it, I feel a lot better. Is this a case of anecdote? Maybe. But for me, it's worth a shot.

I can even puncture the casing and mix it in with my juice instead of swallowing the pills, and it has no taste. Unlike other brands I've tried, this one doesn't leave a fishy aftertaste that can last for hours.

Because my pregnant wife doesn't eat fish and has trouble swallowing the larger pills, I purchased these and the strawberry-flavored ones for her. She adores the size, says she has no trouble swallowing them now, and prefers the strawberry flavor over the lemon because it helps her with her morning sickness.
