TWO BAD BOTTLES have made me a very angry customer! What happened to these pills, and where did they go? I've been taking these for a while, but the last two bottles were EXTREMELY FISHY AND FOUL that I couldn't eat them
3/5

Opening the bottles was such a letdown because I adore NN, and I'm not sure if I should switch or give them another chance. I understand that bad batches do occur, but there were two bottles in this case, each with a different number. I'm not sure if it's because the supplier is storing them incorrectly, the shipper is to blame, or the quality has simply deteriorated. In any case, for the first time in 7 years, I won't be taking my daily supplement. As a long-time Nordic Naturals customer, I am extremely dissatisfied.

Nordic Naturals, for example, is a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids
5/5

We chose Nordic Naturals for the prenatal Omega-3 supplement after conducting extensive research (on quality, safety, and other factors). For the prenatal version, everything was in order. We discovered that there was a postnatal version after giving birth, but we still wanted to take omega-3 supplements. Breastmilk gets 3 points. The EPA/DHA ratio was different in the postnatal version compared to the prenatal version. and the Vitamin D was significantly higher (check to see if any other vitamins you're taking contain Vitamin D, and if so, how much). It's possible that you won't want to do too much). According to our pediatrician, postnatal versions haven't been around for very long, so continuing to take the prenatal version is fine. I'm not sure if this is truly optimized for postnatal use, but it doesn't appear to differ significantly from the prenatal version. So we decided that switching to the postnatal version wouldn't be a bad idea.

This is a fantastic product that is well worth your money
5/5

My vitamin D levels dropped after my first pregnancy, and I became extremely tired and developed PPD. I was deficient in vitamin D during my second pregnancy as well, and I was determined not to have another PPD. I began taking this as soon as I was born, along with a 5000 I. Vitamin D supplementation, as well as a 6-week check-up My levels had returned to normal, which is a difficult feat to achieve in such a short period of time. It's important to keep in mind that you must take two pills every day. They're medium in size, so keep that in mind if you have problems swallowing pills.

The quality is excellent, but the price is exorbitant
4/5

Because this is specially formulated, I didn't have to second-guess whether I was getting the correct dosage. I gave it a four-star rating because I believe it is overpriced. For half the price, you can get similar formulas of comparable quality; the pills were easy to swallow and had no aftertaste (a sign of high quality!). ) If money isn't a factor, this is the place to be! br>br>In support of the mood-balancing claims - It's absolutely correct! This is the first step I recommend to a postpartum mother who is depressed. Omega 3 has helped me to become more emotionally stable.

Smells bad and isn't as effective as other options
3/5

To boost my postnatal omega-3 levels, I started taking these vitamins. 3 needs. I've discovered that I have a strong desire for omega-3 fatty acids. 3 Now, more than ever, 3 reaches for foods. I used to use the Whole Foods brand, and it helped me stay more saturated in DHA and omega-3 fatty acids. I was also put off by the odor. Maybe it's a personal thing, and the effects differ, but it didn't work out well for me.

It helps you a lot after you've given birth and even more when you're giving your baby a bath
4/5

I feel different now that I've started taking these vitamins; I was starting to lose hair due to a lack of vitamins because I'm breastfeeding my baby. . . now I feel like I'm getting my vitamins and my baby is getting his as well. . . highly recommended for new mothers who believe it will change their child's temperament! You can vitamin yourself and nothing will go wrong. . . I'm also afraid of thinking about allergies or other things that might affect my milk, but the truth is that it has helped me a lot and I've never had any problems with allergies or other things, neither with my baby nor with myself.

It didn't turn out as well as I had hoped
3/5

I've been taking a DHA/fish oil supplement and a prenatal vitamin since I was pregnant, and I'm now 11 months postpartum. I wanted to switch to a cheaper fish oil and stop taking my prenatal vitamin. I didn't think this supplement helped me manage my anxiety nearly as well as the Rainbow Light brand, so I'll be switching back.

Has an extra dose of vitamin D! If you're also taking a post-natal vitamin, you should be extra cautious
3/5

I'm not sure how many more I'll order. This blend includes vitamin D, which is already abundant in my postnatal vitamin. Too much vitamin D is toxic, according to some sources, and one of the most common symptoms is exhaustion (you're basically overloading your body/kidneys). I took this for about a week along with my postnatal vitamins and was extremely tired, so I stopped taking it and my energy level has returned to normal. The lemon flavor isn't particularly noticeable in this postnatal omega 3 vitamin, but it's preferable to the taste of fish oil, which is a plus. I really wanted this to work out. I'll have to look into whether Nordic Naturals makes an omega3/DHA-only supplement.
