My doctor suggested I try these since I've heard wonderful things about the brand. I tried another brand for awhile that actually helped inflammation, but I kept coming back to these because of their good reputation. My experience is that these products do not seem to help with inflammation, and taking them at night leaves me smelling like fish the next day. The splints don't seem to be producing any unusual bruising, so I cannot tell whether or not they are helping. According to my research, blood thinning is a normal side effect of fish oil, so I kind of expected to see bruises on my legs, being clumsy and -(side note I am not anemic and never have been. )-
I'll continue taking these, since I spent a lot on them, but I won't order.

As a long standing user of supplements and nootropics, I have tried a wide variety of different products and have discontinued using them due to dissatisfaction with the outcomes. Nordic Naturals did not cause me such side effects during my experience using them. Several people near me have taken Nordic Naturals Fish Oil in conjunction with their prescribed medication and have noticed that they have fewer seizures thanks to it. There is a small difference in size between the 2x (2150mg) pills and the To give you an idea of how the top and sides compare, I've attached a few photos. There is a tendency for the 2x pills to get stuck together in the bottle upon arrival, more so than the regular ones, but I was able to separate them with a light touch, so that is not an issue.
