My feet would become hot and uncomfortable for no apparent reason every day for many years. Aside from that, I am a 60-year-old woman in excellent health. I read somewhere that having hot feet can be caused by nerve ending problems, and that B- This is something that number 12 can assist with. I began using this product, and the results have been incredible. My problem with hot feet was quickly resolved. I'm not sure why the podiatrist I just saw never suggested it. Instead, he recommended a prescription pill that would not even be covered by insurance. I love this product and haven't experienced any of the negative side effects that some people experience when taking B complex. I'm so happy with this product and the outcome!.
To help our hedgehogs with dry skin, we add flaxseed oil to their kibble. We must puncture the gelcap and squeeze the contents onto their food in order to accomplish this. These aren't gel caps, and they're not soft gel caps. Puncturing them, let alone emptying them, is difficult. It's unlikely that it would make a difference if you were eating them yourself. However, they do not meet expectations because they were bought based on their "softgel" description.
The pills are large, but they are well-coated in a gel. It has no taste and can help with minor arthritis problems. It also works well as an omega fatty acid supplement for people who are allergic to fish and shellfish.
When my usual brand was unavailable, I had no choice but to order this one. So far, the quality of this particular brand has exceeded my expectations.
To remove them, I had to cut the bottle in half.
I'm very pleased with my purchase. They're a good size for swallowing and don't have a strange aftertaste.
Apart from Omega 3, it contains a variety of Omega vitamins. It also has a good price and comes with free shipping. Amazon is to be commended.
I'm not sure what to keep an eye out for when it comes to these. Are there any positive or negative side effects that should be associated with this? I'm trying flaxseed for the first time. However, it has no flavor and is simple to swallow.
