In order to provide 7,230mg of plant-derived ALA omega-3, lignan flax seed oil contains 6,290mg of ALA omega-3 In addition to this, lignan is also present, which is a phytoestrogen. Can I get a refund if it expires?

The expiration dates on bottles are all different, as it is the case with every product. Despite the fact that I will continue to take them long after the expiration date since they will still be effective, my expiration date is April/2015.

When does the expiration date of these products end? How long should it be stored in the refrigerator?

In the month of February of 2015, I bought the voucher and it expired in the month of April. The 3 full bottles (out of 4 I had) have been thrown away.

Even though he was given only until December 2015 to live, he walks every day about a mile and still gets around. One of the only changes he has made in the last year and a half is taking In addition, he has never received chemo or radiation treatments and continues to eat a healthy diet and exercise as he always has. He has severe arthritis in his hip and back, but flax seems to help with inflammation, so he can continue to walk every day. The health benefits of this supplement are also enjoyed by me and my son. The Barlean's has also helped keep the inflammation in my feet and ankles at bay, even though I have arthritis in both. It is used both in the capsules and their oil in cottage cheese or egg salad on.

The flaxseed oil I received was very good. A minimal aftertaste can be perceived and the product is easily swallowed.
