Taking these has improved my health, but I am disappointed that the label states that the capsules "may contain" Omega 6s and Omega So, either they do it or not? The Omega 3s interest me more than Omega 6s and Omega 9, which are also present in these products. It would be nice if flax oil were the only oil I was using.
Even though it may seem impossible, two of our teenagers have severe acne on their faces. We noticed a change in their skin after taking the recommended dosage for 2 weeks. As a result, the acne receded and the skin began to return to I would recommend this book highly.
I have suffered from chronic constipation my entire life. I followed the doctors' instructions to some degree but I did not see any real results. In spite of how many prunes I ate or how much water I drank, my stools became hard, dry, and incredibly hard It is almost always painful after a movement and I may experience bleeding in the rectum as well. I was told by a doctor a few years ago to take vegetable oil before going to sleep at night, but I was not able to handle It didn't work for me to take fish oil supplements. It took me trial and error, but I eventually learned how to take flax seed oil supplements. My goal was to take three per day after I started with one. The fiber supplements that I take together with other high fiber foods I consume throughout the day are a good choice. While I still have some digestive issues, this product has proved to be a godsend. The fact that no doctor ever recommended flax seed oil to me or my mother over a period of over fifty years upsets me. This kind of helpful advice is not given by doctors, who prescribe drugs with harmful side effects. In an ironic turn of events, when I saw my new optometrist earlier this year, he recommended flax seed oil as a treatment for dry eyes. There, too, it works like a charm.
Any OTC products didn't help, so I'm drinking 9 glasses of water every Having run out of this product, I chose to try fish oil because I was already at the store, but this did not work for me, and so I ordered flax oil once more. For me, it was a profound experience. You may not get the same results with more products, but this is a good one.
As it heals the torn muscle in my shoulder, it is a good product to use. Also, I was told by my doctor to take flax oil for as long as I live for my cardiovascular concerns. Its size is a bit large, but it is easier to swallow if it is a soft capsule.
I feel much better physically and emotionally when I use it. I'm glad that I found this brand because this product is high quality. The capsules are huge, but since they're gel, I don't get stuck swallowing them if I take them with liquid. If you are not able to tolerate fish oil, I highly recommend flax I thank you from the bottom of my heart and from the bottom of my brain!.
A component of this product made me feel didn't know it could be a side effect of flax seed oil until it happened to me, so I looked up "flax oil and palpitations". have heard that this is a rare side effect, but it does happen, especially to women who are It is not possible to experience palpitations when taking regular Cod Liver Gel capsules. It is on my list of things to review.
I bought these because of the Omega 3 they contain (they also have Omega 6), but upon taking them, my blood pressure and ears went crazy. I've never had any problems with my ears before taking these. This was a complete waste of money, although I like Now products. However, I would prefer not to put my health at risk by trying them again. We'll be throwing it.
