About 6 years ago, I began to have knee problems. My hands are also affected by arthritis. I had several cortisone injections in my left knee, which helped, but I didn't want to have to have them again. I began taking 1000mg of flax seed oil every day after the second one. I purchased it to aid in the health of my scalp, but I couldn't care less if it actually aids in the health of my scalp, given how well it has improved my bowel movements. I know, it's strange. But I had no idea how much that benefit would mean to me. It's a purchase that's well worth it.

ALA (alpha-lipoic acid) is an amino acid that is found in lipoic- Some high-end skin care products contain acid as an ingredient. I'm 66 years old and in desperate need of assistance. I moisturize my skin by combining a few drops with organic coconut oil. Please test on a small patch of skin first. I purchased these after reading about a study that claimed 2,000 mg could help with dry eyes and skin. It was suggested that they be given at least a month to see if they could be of assistance. I've been taking them for a few days now, and so far they've been working well. Although the pills are large, I have no trouble swallowing them.

I was shocked because the pills are so unusually large that not showing a picture of their size should be considered fraudulent. I can't take large pills, so I assumed the gel was a soft, small gel like the ones I'd seen on other products. I'm hoping that everyone sees the photo I'm about to post, and I'd like a refund. I compared it to a small white apple cider vinegar pill in the two photos I posted. If you have trouble swallowing large pills, the 1400 mg size is not for you. I'll look again to see if there's a smaller size, such as 500 mg; I tried piercing it and spraying liquid out, but it smelled and tasted like dirty fried grease. This isn't the best option.
