Although I think these capsules are easy to swallow, I do have difficulty swallowing larger ones. In terms of length, they are a little shorter and their diameter about the same as size "0".
There is a label on the bottle that says this flaxseed oil is "organic, unrefined, and cold-pressed".

From what I can tell, there is nothing wrong with these, but I stopped taking them when I learned that flax oil provides a poor source of omega-3 that can be broken down by the body. In flax, there are mainly ALA compounds, whereas EPA and DHA are the kinds associated with all benefits. You can convert ALA into the other beneficial forms in your body, but the rate might be as low as 15%.
Blinking, making tears, and keeping my eyes healthy are all made easier by this supplement. This senior citizen is 75.
I am extremely happy with the product. It works exactly as it should. They are vegetarian friendly and made from plant-based sources.
