I love their flavor so much that when I get a craving for sweets, I can't keep myself from eating them all day long! This actually gives me a feeling of almost embarrassment how much I absolutely love the taste. I just savor each bite carefully! To be honest, I don't even care if they have any benefits at all. But I must ask, how can something so delicious have the same level of fish oil as something so unappetizing? Burps from fish are very much not my cup of tea. I would like to increase the omega 3 in my diet in a variety of ways. A while ago, while researching a different product, I found this one interesting and read a little bit about it. I decided to give it a try because I was curious. Just three days into the program so I cannot vouch for what I was wondering about my miraculous cholesterol-lowering change or my 200 pound weight loss. But I will tell you that I don't experience any kind of burping at all after using this product. And how about the taste? That sounds interesting. The coconut flavor was what I got. All things considered, it's a doable task. Neither will I crave it nor will I describe it as a sweet treat. Even if it really tastes like coconut I won't be able to say. The food doesn't make you gag, that much I can say. This oil does not appear to be a film or have the same texture as flax seed. You don't have to do it every single day because it's not a chore. There is an aftertaste on the tongue similar to what artificial sweeteners leave behind. That, however, can be easily remedied by simply drinking a large amount of water, or, in my case, I do these things before I eat my oatmeal in the morning.
