I became very ill as a result of them. During my experiment with milk based protein drinks, I took these pills for the first four days just before I drank it. Feeling dizzy and nauseated, I began to feel dizzy In fact, my body was inflamed for four hours, and I was even rashes. I would rather buy the name brand than wasting my money on it.
Those little tablets are fantastic! I am very pleased with them! It has been every day since I started using them, and I haven't had any issues You get a lot of things for a very reasonable price. There is more to the problem than just this one It is Lactaid and its generic copies such as this one that are to blame. In none of the product labels for Lactase is it mentioned that one of the side effects can be severe dizziness in some people. There was no way I could understand what was happening. I went to the doctor, I got an MRA, the doctor told me I had vertigo, and they gave me a prescription for Antivert . I didn't fill the prescription. As I know I did not add any supplements to my diet, I kept looking online for side effects of Lactaid. WebMD added "Severe dizziness" to the list of side effects, which was the same as the other sites. It is a SHAME on these companies that they do not state that severe dizziness might be a side effect for some people. The company and others who fail to supply any information about "Severe Dizziness"
as a side effect for some people deserve shame. I would not have taken this product and not gone to a doctor who referred me to a neurologist, who prescribed Antivert for vertigo. Also, read the list of ingredients in the product.

They are much more enjoyable to take than the chalky tabs I used to take. Additionally, I cannot explain why these softgels work quite a bit better for me than the capsules. Lactose intolerance causes me to move through a lot of lactose enzymes for one reason I love foods containing dairy. I consume quite a bit of dairy on the keto diet. There was a product from Amazon that I was looking for, but it was in a bottle (rather than a packet). There is a coating on these pills that makes them appear to be easy to swallow, but they have a fat, round shape, making it nearly impossible to swallow them fully. In comparison to the smaller pills (1000 mg of EsterC and Ketones), the larger pills have a rougher surface but I am able to swallow them very easily. do not believe that is a matter of size so it is probably a problem with As a result, I am sticking to Kirkland and Walmart brand items. The strength is the same as what I used to take in chewable form, but I have to take twice as many pills to achieve half the results.
found out that I am lactose intolerant, and I have been using a brand name product as well as a generic product I got from Kirkland. I thought these would be more convenient since they were in a bottle, rather than The gelatin in these products stuck together in the bottles when they arrived due to their gelatin content. As I had to pry each pill off of the clump, they were all clumped together. As well as not working as well as the other generic or name brand, I experienced more diarrhea and gas. It has been the worst week of my life! I can't even remember when it was like that! Because I cannot make it to the restroom if I work in an office, it is fortunate for me that I am working from home. My reaction to dairy was that bad and I have never experienced such pain after eating milk. In the future, I'll pay more and deal with the hassle of individually packaging the pills, so I won't ever use these again.
