On the go, it's convenient and effective

Most restaurants do not allow dairy products and I need to avoid them because I have lactose intolerance. Seeing myself as someone who likes to stay hidden around this topic is not my style, and I love it when I can carry a pill around with me Keeping two in my wallet at all times is actually my policy. My wallet is in my back pocket although I keep it there. I have never had a problem with the pills being smashed when I attempt to use them (perhaps a fear just like mine). In my pocket it is so convenient to quickly take a pill while the food is being prepared. Moreover, I don't want to carry a bulky bottle of pills with me. I have tried more expensive individually wrapped brands and I have found that the Kirkland products are as effective. The only difference is that they are less expensive. In addition, I have lactose pills at home for when I want to have dairy at home. I can just grab a bottle from the cabinet when I want a taste of dairy. The reason I use that at home is that they are just as effective but they are *I should point out that this is not a miracle cure, nor can I simply go back to eating The side effects that I usually experience are greatly reduced if I take them as instructed.

This is a very high-quality product. It is a caplet which makes it stand out. This is an easy pill In addition to the name brand lactase enzymes, I have tried several others. The best one I've seen yet. You can get a lot for your money here.

I know you can sometimes find Kirkland products on Amazon, but the Costco near me was out of it. For me, this is a stomach saver. I would highly recommend this product as it is cheaper and more reasonable than Lactaid.

This works well for me when it comes to lactose intolerance

It appears to be an off-day An example of a brand - In general, Kirkland- has a good performance, and this lactase product is no exception. I really like the way it works. In the short time since I found out I was lactose intolerant, I have made two purchases. Especially like that they are individually wrapped so I'm able to take a few along.

There is a little trial and error involved

I guess that's what's working here. Though I didn't think so at first, I still experienced diarrhea after a few hours. Once I started drinking it with a lot of water, I decided to do so before I ate anything dairy-based. These and other pills should be taken with at least 8 ounces of water. Maybe this is common knowledge to most people. I think they will not be able to work reliably or preventatively Besides taking more than one capsule, I also take ten, for safety's sake.

Compared with Lactaid Fast Act, I cannot tell the difference, but the Kirkland brand is a lot cheaper than it's counterpart. The pills are easy to swallow although if you accidentally taste them, they are not that strong in taste.

The dairy pill I take most often

delighted to find a good deal on these Costco dairy pills online. They're not as cheap as they are here, but still a good buy. I can fit more in my purse because they come in individual packaging. Their chewability and quick dissolution makes them a favorite snack. The savory taste of food cannot be interfered with by strong sweet tastes. The products I use have been around for a long time.

As a lactose intolerant person for almost 30 years, I had no issues

Since I am now using fast-acting pills, I am no longer able to do my normal exercise. Regardless of the difference in price, these work just as well as name brands. The packets make it easier for me to carry them anywhere I go since they're individual packets. It does not pose any problems to me.
