I take two pills with a dairy-free shake and it's so much easier for me to take than Lactaid. Meal with a lot of calories This is a slice of reality - Pizza with cheese on it! Lactose tolerance refers to how well lactose digests. It fits easily into my purse, and I don't have to worry about tearing up 3-ring binders if I buy their cute and reusable tin (purchased separately under another listing) When the lactaid pouches are used up in public settings or when food waste occurs I'll be using LACTOJOY for all my future needs I'll do it for you! Lactaid is not an alternative to this

I hate how I have to throw away all the lactaid envelopes, and I am tired of paying overpriced prices for Since my generics tended to be cheaper, the price was better. However, the packets were still such a waste of time, and I had to take two pills for a single meal (even then, the results were OK rather than I'm not even going to talk about the chewables, which were just bulky and not a great fit for anything other than I very much like these because they are portable, flavorless, and despite their price, they are very effective. I would not take two pills, I would not waste packets, and since lactose pills are so scarce locally anyway, I am really happy with them. Over the years, I've gone through a few hundred of these pills (with the pizza, ice cream, fondue, lattes, etc that go along with them), and I've never experienced any problems from these pills. This is a highly recommended product.
