In my experience, this has been one of the only pills that consistently work Moreover, I like the sliding package, which makes it easy to dispense the pills! In general, 1 pill tends to work better than 2 pills for most things, with 2 pills often working best The refill packages (2 for $140) cost me less than the cost of a couple of containers so I decided to purchase them. The carry case that the lactase tablets come in is very convenient and I can easily keep it in my purse while eating out. As well as chewable, the tablets are also available in capsule form. One of my only complaints is that they are quite expensive in comparison with Costco (Kirkland).
