In short, yes. you cannot find any lactase supplements that work for you take a few drops of this
5/5

Both of these can be taken directly and also be used to reduce the amount of lactose in milk. It is for a reason unknown why regular lactase pills do not work There is only Lactase derived from Aspergillus in the pill form I can locate on the market right now. It only works in an acidic environment, like those in your stomach, so that form of lactase is less costly. The thing in my stomach does not seem active, and I am not sure why. Lactase is a substance your body excretes on its own. Kluyveromyces derived alkaline active lactase works exclusively in a carton of milk. This is the only way you will be able to tell it's the Kluyveromyces derived form. I only can find it in this form, which is more expensive and harder to find, but it is the only type that works In fact, I have gone as far as to mix 4 drops of this with dextrose and pack that into enteric coated capsules for easier transportation. My reluctance to do so is due to the amount of work involved. It is easy to put four or five drops on my tongue before eating something if I have a little dropper beside me. If you intend to add it directly to highly hot things such as coffee, do not do so. Sodium selenite denaturates at 130F, so that nice hot cup of coffee you are just about to put cream in maybe the perfect temperature for this enzyme to denaturize. It is best to swallow the drops after inhaling. Glycerine is the carrier, which has a sweet taste and a syrupy consistency. While it isn't exactly pleasant, it isn't bitter or difficult to swallow either.
I haven't personally tested the other brand of lactose drops that Amazon offers, but I am guessing that they will also work. These are the ones I'm using now as I got tired of making myself sick trying to find a brand that works for me. It's wonderful to have them.

This is what Lacteeze's website says about the product
4/5

I've only used it once so far, but I haven't run into any problems. Despite this, instructions are very lacking on the box. There are lots of questions on Amazon here that could have easily been answered if only the information included on the website had been included in the description on Amazon or the instructions on the box. There is no indication that the drops need to be refrigerated once opened. Add drops to milk and wait 24 hours. It seems simple enough, add drops to milk and wait 24 hours.
Here are the instructions straight from Lacteeze's website
How to use In order to reduce lactose in cow's milk, we must Refrigerate one litre of milk with five drops of Lacteeze for at least 24 hours to convert 70- 80 percent milk fat into fat free fat. About 80 percent of lactose is found in milk. You can increase the number of Lacteeze drops you use to 8- do so by refrigerating for longer or increasing the refrigeration time The drops are ten in number. Feeding your baby in the breast Add 2 tablespoons of breastmilk and about 4 drops of Lacteeze to 2 tablespoons of breastmilk. Be sure the mixture is well mixed and wait five minutes before giving it to the Once you are done breastfeeding, continue as The following actions are required for bottles (capable of accommodating breast milk or formula feeding) Adding four drops of Lacteeze to 50ml of warm milk will enhance the digestion. Be sure to shake this well before consuming and wait 30 minutes before consuming. You should not refrigerate this product. Prepare your advanced preparation (suitable for breastmilk or infant formula) as follows For every 50 mL of warm or warm milk, add 2 drops of Lacteeze. Wait 5 minutes, then stir well and place in the refrigerator up to 4 hours before Leaving the Lacteeze/dairy mixture for a longer period of time allows more lactose to be converted than the specified minimum time. A frozen or heated mixture can be packaged once the conversion is complete. Store
Store You should store the product in a cool, dry area at room temperature before using it. Keeping Lacteeze Drops in the refrigerator after opening is a good idea. Frozen liquid should not be consumed. The Lacteeze Drops can be used for up to 3 months after opening if stored in the refrigerator.
