Brands that are best in the store

A more consistent and faster acting software. There are several store brands available today, including those sold at Costco (Kirkland Fast Acting Lactase) and Target, but the Walmart Equate Dairy Digestive Supplement is the best of them. I don't believe it even comes The Equate formula is quicker acting than most other "fast acting" store brand lactase pills, and it works consistently, so you can take it just before consuming dairy without having any issues. My attention was drawn to a ConsumerLab review. An additional test on com indicated that Equate was quicker acting than Kirkland brand (and others besides). The only place to buy it is Walmart If shipping and handling are factored in, it's a lot cheaper there.

You can't chew these pills because they feel rough and hard to swallow. They taste bad too if you In comparison with Lactaid chewable, I much prefer it.

Neither a miracle cure nor a quick fix exist

I have used these for a few weeks and have noticed a decrease in side effects for a bit. But after a bit, I still find myself getting sick even with four times the recommended dosage. There is a chance that this may work for you if you only get mild symptoms.
