We have selected the best products for digest systems. After taking the first package, I realized that my digest system had always had problems. The new one will be ordered once I receive the new one. It was helpful the first week I took it. I'm sorry to say that pills are kind of nasty to smell, but it isn't a big deal to.
I use it to treat my digestive issues.

I put in a pretty good amount of vegetables since I don't eat much of them.
In the middle of my trip, I developed a fever and a sore throat. I was really upset about it. As I was running to the convenience store, I grabbed some vitamin C shots and this. Since I was able to boost my vitamins, I was able to get over my cold the next day. In general I don't take this on a regular basis, but when I feel a cold coming on, I take it twice daily for a few days, and it consistently helps prevent it from becoming a full-blown cold A cold wind has blown. One of the only complaints I have is that they are very dry (no coating). So make sure you drink plenty of water, otherwise it can get stuck on.
