Mannitol is not allowed! The brand I chose contains Mannitol, whereas others do not

Mannitol can be irritating to some people, and for those people, it can result in an IBS flare-up. Lactaid and any product with Mannitol in it should not be consumed by people who are sensitive to it.
Since the pills have a different shape and are a bit tougher to swallow, the only negative aspect is their shape.

I have not taken a lactose insensitivity test, but I have noticed I get bloated after eating dairy (or get a runny nose). So, I thought I would try it. My problem does seem to be resolved and I intend to continue taking it if I eat dairy products.

Although these are more expensive than others I've tried, they don't disappoint. They're honestly better than any other brand I've tried over the I was very satisfied with the shipping time as well! Whenever I consume a large amount of dairy, I take 2 zip natural lactase supplements for my gut.

Some brands make you gag almost because the pills are too dry and hard to swallow once chewed when you chew them, versus some that dissolve quickly when.

The pills did not work for me at all, even when I took four at a time. I tried taking them before, during, and after meals, but they did not appear to have any effect on me.
