My search for another dairy supplement began when Lactaid stopped working for me. I especially wanted to be able to enjoy The Lactase Enzyme supplement from Best Naturals was recommended to me since I use other products from this brand. There are 9,000 FCC ALU in each tablet of Best Naturals Lactase Enzyme. The result is that you only have to take one tablet at a time, instead of three pills of Lactaid that you have to take simultaneously. It is recommended to take two tablets at once if one isn't enough.

Inactive ingredients for the Best Naturals brand are as follows Phosphate of Dicalcium It consists of microcrystalline cellulose The sodium salt of crosscarmellose The following is the full list of saturated fats The mineral magnesium stearate The latter includes silica. As a result of the stomach ache I get after eating dairy products, I decided to take 2 tablets of the Lactase Enzyme supplements from Best Naturals. Initially, the tablets did not taste bad and I swallowed them without any difficulty. Then I ate ice cream and it made the taste of soap quite apparent. In fact, I had eaten the same ice cream the day before with Lactaid, so I know that there's no soapy taste to it. This was an aftertaste caused by the lactase enzyme supplement from Best Naturals. The other two times I had it, I mixed it with chocolate ice cream and As I tried to consume it, both times it Best Naturals Lactase Enzyme, when consumed with dairy products, leaves a strong soapy aftertaste that might seem unpleasant to some. The other Lactase Enzyme supplements I have taken did not cause this problem. It is unclear what makes this supplement smell and taste soapy, but I won't be purchasing it again.

There is no solution, and it doesn't The Chalky. At the moment, 160 pills are in the trash. This is what I threw in the trash. I find their taste to be chalky. I don't believe that doses are effective. This product does not work even when taken as a three-pack. We ask that you not purchase.

I find they work better than just swallowing pills. They taste chalky, but seem to work better. It has been a good experience so far. As soon as I finish lunch with my daily yogurt, I take two tablets.

There is only one pill that I need to swallow each day and it is easy for me to swallow. Lactose intolerance is one of my reasons for using them. In addition, I like the fact that they have little or no taste. As well as their price, I really like.

My experience is that the pills stop all of the uncomfortable symptoms from occurring well when I have purchased them a couple of times. There are quite a few pills in the bottle, which is why I didn't give five stars. A person who has a difficult time swallowing pills might find it impossible to use these.
