A lot. They're so good that I've had them in my subscribe and save list for months. I recently received the most recent shipment and immediately noticed some differences. The bottle's appearance has changed first. Instead of the dark amber/brown glass bottle that I'm used to, it now comes in a white plastic bottle. This isn't the issue for me. What irritates me the most are the changes to the probiotic formula itself. br>br>For me, the most appealing feature of UP4 is - It appears that this is also true for a large number of others - is the DDS-superstrain that it has trademarked. Why is it now listed as the second strain of probiotics in the company's proprietary formula? The order of most of the other strains has also become jumbled, with some moving up and down the list; all I know is that they are listed in descending order, just like everything else in the world of ingredients - You can see the differences in the photos I posted, from the largest quantity to the smallest. Not only that, but each capsule now contains fewer milligrams of probiotics. It used to be 181 milligrams, but now it's only 166 milligrams. I'm not sure what the effects of the new formula will be because I just got this new bottle. br>br>I'm not sure what the effects of the new formula will be because I just got this new bottle. They could be equally effective - However, this is not always the case. What irritates me the most is that businesses believe they can change formulas without informing customers. They must all think we're a bunch of knuckleheads and won't notice, which is unfortunate because I do. I figured everyone else here would appreciate hearing about how their favorite probiotics have been altered, even if the company claims otherwise. br>br>I'll update this review once I've finished them in a month or so. I'm hoping my rating doesn't fall any lower. I'd give it five stars if it was the old formula - This one, on the other hand? I believe it will receive no more than 3 stars, and at most 4 stars, based solely on the fact that UP4 tried to sneak its new formula past us without informing us. br>br>*Edited to add: I'm also posting pictures of the new formula's box. UP4 probiotics are one of my favorites. I've been taking them for a long time. I used to have a colonoscopy every six months after being diagnosed with IBS. I won't need another until I'm 50 years old. The Women's UP4 is ideal for women who have frequent yeast or bacterial infections, as well as chronic UTIs. Probiotics are beneficial, and the UP4 brand is one of the best.

Gastric surgery, known as The Sleeve, was performed on me. UP4, rather than starting in the lower bowls, begins its process in the stomach. You can certainly get something for less money, but you can get THIS one and know it will work right away.

These are the most effective probiotics I've come across. I had a lot of stomach issues and tried a lot of probiotics before finding Up4 and realizing how effective they were. I now only buy Up4 products.

The only probiotics that work for me are those manufactured by UP4. I switch back and forth between these and the gummies, and my stomach issues have improved dramatically! I tried UP4 for women but didn't care for the taste; these, on the other hand, have no taste and are easy to swallow. I've finally gotten my hands on some probiotics!.
