It was exactly what I was looking for. After receiving a C-, I was exhausted. 19 virus. Please note that there are two 250mL bottles, each with a 5/21 best-by date. And the bottle is a lovely green, so it will have to be recycled for plants, Qtips, or bobby pins, or something else. Anything that comes to mind! *Thanks!.

The description does not specify when the product will expire. I don't usually take this supplement twice a day. My previous bottle had run out, so I ordered a replacement. The expiration date on the bottle was only a few months away. I'm not going to be able to finish them before the expiration date if I take them once a day. Even if I take them twice a day, I'll be hard pressed to finish them before they expire, as I was doing with my last bottle. Great price, easy to take, and no taste. However, I was let down by the time limit.

Swanson products have always been a safe bet for me! When I've had too many sugary treats, Swanson's acidophilus lactobacillus quickly corrects my personal yeast problems. This time, I'm going to use this product on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. It's worth a pound of chocolate fudge to have an ounce of prevention!.

I switched from a more potent probiotic that I suspected was causing me gas and, as a result, intermittent chest pains. I'll have to wait and see if this change has made a difference.

Since then, I've tried some better probiotics and have reduced my rating to three stars. Despite the fact that it works well, it only has 1 billion micro-organisms in it. each capsule contains a certain number of organisms There are a lot more (PB-) (PB-) (PB-) (PB- 8, Powerdophilus) capsules with 4 to 7 or more active ingredients. This also has gelatin in it, which isn't necessary for probiotics.

- br>I've had lactose intolerance since I was a child. Cheese proved to be the most difficult for me to digest. Second place went to milk and cream. The yoghurt turned out to be satisfactory. br>br>I tried to stay away from all dairy products as much as possible, and I started taking Lactaid (a Lactase supplement). This helped a little, but depending on how much dairy I was eating at the time, I had to take several pills, and even then, the pills weren't as effective as the claims claimed. All of that is now history, as the Swanson Acidophilus capsules have finally helped me overcome lactose intolerance! I take at least two every day, and when I eat dairy, I take up to six pills (3 before, 3 after), and I have never had any problems! Probiotics are guilt-free because they help the body's natural defenses.

I've tried a lot of different things over the years, but none of them have worked out well. I tried taking prescription medications, but the side effects were just as bad as the problem itself. I prefer a more natural approach, and taking two Lactobacillus Acidophilus capsules twice a day has helped me overcome my issues.
