I only take one of these per day because I'm allergic to wheat. I haven't noticed any negative effects so far. Consider Nature's Bounty Probiotic 10 instead, which contains soy but no wheat.

Ooops! I had no idea they needed to be refrigerated once they were opened. They've been my go-to for the past 18 months - I store them (along with all of my other supplements) in a large, airtight plastic container. at a temperature of 64 degrees Fahrenheit. I've never had a problem with it. They continue to function! There will be no bloating. no gas! It's not an issue. They'll probably last longer in the fridge - I'm going to keep them next to my morning veggie juice so I don't forget to take them. Check the labels on my other supplements to make sure they're stored properly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

This product delivers on its promises. First, those who can't tell the difference between this probiotic and others are unlikely to notice a difference because their gut is healthy. These were sold out at the store where I bought them right away, so I'm glad I found them here - Despite the higher price, these are fantastic for my gassy, bloating self. They didn't make my stomach upset like some other probiotics did, and they definitely helped with digestion and regularity. I'm completely addicted to this game.
It worked great when I first started taking them. Then it stopped working, and I was left with a distended stomach and constipation. After I stopped taking it, my stomach began to settle. I needed to look for answers online, and I discovered that having too much good gut bacteria can lead to constipation and bloating. That was the only reason I stopped taking it: I wanted to see if that was the problem. I can't say for sure because I could have gained weight as a result of medication changes, which I do.
