I persuaded a friend to try this product rather than an overpriced probiotic that her naturalist doctor had been recommending for years. She claimed that the other product was the only one that kept her from getting yeast infections. She's now on Gr8dophilus for good, claiming it helps her stay regular and prevents vaginal yeast infections. Since I started taking this product several years ago, I have not had a yeast infection. My immune system is much stronger now than it was before I started using this, and my gut is feeling much better. For variety, I occasionally switch to other probiotics, but this one has proven to be the most effective. br>br>I like that only probiotic ingredients are used in this product. According to what I've read, adding vitamins, minerals, or enzymes to probiotics can reduce their effectiveness.

I've been buying these for years because of the enteric coating (which prevents the probiotics from dissolving in your stomach, allowing you to benefit from them directly in your small intestine). The most recent batch I purchased is no longer enteric coated, and those words are nowhere to be found on the label, despite appearing in the Amazon description. Now that NOW's formula has changed, I'll be looking for a different brand to try. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with this change, which, in my opinion, renders these largely useless because stomach acid will eliminate the benefits.

I used InSync until it became difficult to find and prohibitively expensive, and I believe that my digestion and gut issues have significantly improved as a result of using this digestive aid and drinking aloe Vera juice. All without consulting a doctor and relying on exorbitantly priced prescription medications with an extensive list of potential side effects. Refrigeration is recommended for this product.

I'm really annoyed that these aren't enteric coated anymore, as they were previously. They're also not completely filled with probiotics or fiber; they appear to be hand-filled low-cost capsules. I have never received a product of this quality before, and if this is the new product, I will not be purchasing it again. br>br>Tomorrow, I'll upload photos of clear, half-filled capsules.

so far! My husband and I were able to wean ourselves off of Nexium and Prilosec. We've both noticed a significant improvement in our moods. I'll keep buying these!.

My only complaint is that when my stomach is really upset, I have to eat four to get a benefit, but it knocks it out quickly and gets you back on track. I'll have four in the morning and four in the evening. I tried some pills from Walgreens and HEB that claimed to have 20 or 30 billion organisms and more strains, but they didn't work as well as these. I make an effort to remember to take them on a daily basis, but I am not a great pill taker. This is an investment that will pay off.

The best thing about it is that it's enteric coated, which puts it ahead of all other probiotics. Immediately reaches the small intestine. It's going in the right direction.
