I'm terrible at remembering to take vitamins on a daily basis, but when my mouth becomes sensitive, I know it's time to take the four fat-soluble vitamins. Water soluble vitamins from this brand are what I use: A, D, E, and K are the letters that make up the letters of the alphabet. I'm back to normal within a day or two. I never give another brand a second thought.

You never know how much of each cap you're getting. I've been using it for years, but the capsules in the last three bottles I bought were nearly empty. I contacted Biotech by phone and emailed photos, but have yet to hear back. It had been at least two or three months since this happened. I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service; these caps should all be filled equally. Not one that's half full, one that's almost empty, and another that's almost full. It doesn't make any sense.
