After a week or so on this, I became extremely depressed and couldn't seem to shake it. I couldn't move because I was in such a bad mood. After doing some research, I discovered that Vitamins A and D compete for the same receptor sites, so switching between the two is recommended to ensure you get them both. The clouds parted the next morning after I took a Vitamin D capsule instead of the Vitamin A. As a result, this is a potent source of Vitamin A. Make sure you're getting enough Vitamin D while supplementing with this, and you should be fine.
I bought it at the start of the pandemic for everyone in my family to take with vitamin D for two days. I haven't contacted Covid yet. We did the megadose twice after possible contact with infected individuals.
I started taking them on my dermatologist's advice to get rid of some hormonal acne. They're effective, and my skin cleared up after only a few weeks on them.
I'm terrible at remembering to take vitamins on a daily basis, but when my mouth becomes sensitive, I know it's time to take the four fat-soluble vitamins. Water soluble vitamins from this brand are what I use: A, D, E, and K are the letters that make up the letters of the alphabet. I'm back to normal within a day or two. I never give another brand a second thought.
When my doctor said I needed more Vitamin A, I was ecstatic. I asked for a recommendation because I'm on day 25 of my diet - I was pointed in the direction of this product. The price per unit is comparable to that of other brands, the dosage is adequate for my needs, and the capsule size is manageable. My most recent lab results showed that my Vitamin-D levels had increased after only 2 weeks of using this product. The A25 panel had returned to a healthy state. br>br>Every aspect of this vitamin meets need and expectation, and I strongly recommend Bio- Anyone who wants to up their supplement intake should look into this technology.
Because I had weight loss surgery and am unable to absorb vitamin A, I take this vitamin A on a regular basis. It's the right kind of "dry A," not the oily one. This A keeps my level where it needs to be, according to my laboratory work.
You never know how much of each cap you're getting. I've been using it for years, but the capsules in the last three bottles I bought were nearly empty. I contacted Biotech by phone and emailed photos, but have yet to hear back. It had been at least two or three months since this happened. I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service; these caps should all be filled equally. Not one that's half full, one that's almost empty, and another that's almost full. It doesn't make any sense.
I had weight loss surgery a few years ago and now have to supplement with high doses of Vitamin K to make up for what I don't absorb. It's difficult to come by, so I buy it when I do. This item is reasonably priced and accomplishes my objectives. You will not be disappointed if you purchase it.
