Because I have difficulty swallowing due to IBS, the small powder capsules are easy to break apart and mix into yogurt. These are simple to incorporate and keep my G in check. The pipeline is in good shape.

These are ideal for cracking open and drizzling over yogurt or apple sauce. I'm on antibiotics for a week and couldn't find any chewables at a reasonable price, but this is just as good and doesn't have an offensive flavor, so it'll get me through. Yay!.
