Occasionally, the pills do have a slight musty smell to them, therefore, I am not sure if the smell just belongs to this bottle, however, I will continue to take them for at least three months to check how they work. Because it contains 16,667% of biotin (5000 mcg) - it's at the very least ultra beneficial As biotin has a proven track record regarding strengthening hair and nails, I will take it to maintain my beauty. While the vitamin C is a bit lower than some I have compared it to, the generous amount of biotin makes up for it more than adequately. It has a DigeSEB enzyme blend that, from what I've read, helps with absorption and digestion, and BioPerine black pepper fruit extract which I have no idea what it does, but if they put it in here it must do great!.

The growth of my nails has been uneven to slow for the past couple of years. I clipped them every time I went to a funeral and they took so long Additionally, since they are softer than most, they are prone to chipping and I have had difficulty keeping them long for a long time. After taking these for a few days, I noticed faster growth when I clipped The hair is almost back to where it was before I cut I noticed that my other nails do not chip as much as they did in the past. I have also grown their nails long enough to put on nail polish like acrylics or press-on nail polish I was able to paint my nails without suffering the painful It's great to see them grow more in a healthy manner. On a related note, I have been able to maintain more consistency with my energy. Since switching to sweat, I've noticed my workouts don't leave me fatigued as soon afterward. I haven't noticed a difference to my skin or hair yet, but those take a bit longer to appear. In addition to providing the essential ingredients to increase peptide absorption, the ingredients are all natural. It is especially important to include Vitamin C and Bioperine to help double the effects. Among other products I saw on Amazon, the only peptides were those with neither or those with either one or the other. The amount of Biotin or Hyaluronic acid is significantly less. I hope you don't change your formula at any point in the future. My overall opinion of this product is that it is excellent.
