As soon as I had a mommy makeover, I used Juven twice a day. It was an extremely fast healing for me. I did not suffer any complications. As soon as I had the surgery I took 1 packet a day until the following week, then kept using it until I had healed. I even had my drains out 5 days after surgery because I had healed so much faster. I am very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it. There are two types of fruit punch I tried, the orange and the fruit punch. One of my favorite drinks was fruit punch!.
In addition to the Orange flavor, I ordered the Fruit Punch flavor as well. Even though I liked the fruit better, it was still okay, totally drinkable. The orange was similar to Metamucil and the fruit was also just alright. In spite of that, the drink is not meant to be sipped, rather it should be chugged and consumed as quickly as possible with the most amount of water (I used orange juice). Let's move on to how it works now that we have covered the flavor review. It was just okay, but not bad. In addition to being a terrible healer, my incisions always take an eternity to heal as well as tons of other issues. Furthermore, this product contains Bovine Collagen, which I didn't think you could eat (it's also injectable) but if you consume Collagen, it will help you to heal your body on the inside. Taking collagen (to eat it) helps regenerate stomach tissue as well as regenerating the tissues of your muscles, joints, and ligaments more rapidly. Buy the Juven, and make sure you take it twice per day to give yourself the best chance of getting better. You do not get it for free, but you pay what you get. The quality of this stuff is excellent. I like the taste of it, too. Considering this is a health food supplement, the fruit punch tastes really good. I prefer the orange flavor (tastes like tang), but both flavors taste really good.
