There is a 10. written on the back of the canister I have. You will need 2 g of this multi collagen complex We supply collagen peptides hydrolized from bovine hides, collagen peptides from eggshell membranes, collagen peptides from fish, and collagen peptides from chicken bone broth. I guess all of the above adds up to 10 so I guess that's what the total is. There are 2 grams of collagen in each capsule. MCT doesn't appear on the list. Amino acids do not appear in the list either.

It was a decent product, and the taste was also decent. There is an issue with the nutritional information listed on the web page and the product you receive.
The fiber content on the web page (shown in the pictures) is 3 grams while it is only 1 gram in the product I received. the fact that this is advertised as a ketogenic product isn't huge to most people, it changes the net carb count from zero to two, giving the product a different net carb count. Those following a keto diet must be aware of how this product will fit into their diet and how it will work with their weight loss plan. The only conclusion I can make at the moment is that I believe it is either gross negligence If you buy this product, it is very important that you keep this in mind.
