I have noticed a considerable reduction in frizz since using these. It hasn't become thicker since I started, but I have noticed a massive reduction in hair loss since I started. When I was taking a supplement I bought at the grocery store for hair, skin, and nails, I was getting dry, flaky skin. Besides thickening shampoo, I also tried thickening conditioner. After I took these for a couple of months, they were very effective. It looked like my nails were really long and awesome. I have been using them for three to four months, but they don't seem to be working as well as they used to. You can get rid of wrinkles by taking two tablets a day! In fact, the quality of my skin and hair has improved since starting the regimen.
