I've always found it to be light, almost fluffy, and very easy to dissolve in liquids. In contrast to the last can I purchased, this one is much Liquid clumps up with it because it is dense, heavy, and clumps up. There was no way to dissolve it even after several minutes. When I used to put it in cold water, it wouldn't dissolve, so I tried to put it in room temperature water, and it didn't work. The drink is a clumpy mess that can't be drunk! The company that owns Dr Axe Collagen, Ancient Nutrition, got in touch with me in order to inquire whether there had been any changes or if I had just gotten a faulty There have been no responses to my inquiries from the company. Smell The smell isn't great, but it's not bad either. I'm no longer bothered by the light fish smell. I'm not a big fan of the smell but I'm used to it now.
