The collagen & elastin contained in this product have a very low dosage It is a powerful antioxidant. This product is comparable in price to a brand I've been using from Costco, however there is a recommended dose of 3 per day with Revly brand (so this is a month's So far, I have found Revly to be a good brand. Compare mg and g if you are looking for a collagen supplement I'm able to take these on an empty stomach without feeling any stomach issues. I need more information on how many are recommended per day in order to compare actual cost.
