Instead of a prescription medication that my insurance doesn't cover, I will take this over-the-counter remedy. The prescription is cheaper, and my doctor recommended I take two each day.

This is not a terrible price

My physician recommended it to me. It's something I've been taking for a long time. The folic acid levels in my blood consistently come up in the normal range, so I assume that folic acid is working as it should.
