That question comes as a bit of a shock. On the back of the bottle are the ingredients. Because this Nature Made vitamin is made in the United States, it is safe to use. The ingredients listed are 100% correct. However, U.S. citizens are not permitted to purchase supplements. Because the FDA has no authority over their content or effectiveness, you'll never know what they really contain.
They're about the same size as an aspirin. It is extremely simple to take.
According to their website, the majority of their products are manufactured in Southern California, with a small percentage manufactured offshore, but none in China.

This rating is solely based on the fact that my order arrived on time and was exactly what I had requested. Obviously, I am unable to assess the vitamin's health benefits because they will vary from person to person. It's for this reason that I'm taking it, along with B-. 1 and B- 12, is that I had some neurological issues a long time ago. B vitamins, according to two doctors, are beneficial. My symptoms went away after I followed their advice, and they haven't returned since. I used to get a B- on my exams. However, I eventually discovered that it included supplements that I don't want, such as niacin. As a result, I had to separate the B's. NatureMade's B-Complex is no longer available in our neighborhood pharmacies or supermarkets. I got it from Amazon because it was a size 6. (With thanks to Amazon. ) What makes NatureMade different from other brands? Because some of the vitamins they use come from the United States. , which includes B- 6, indicating that each pill contains exactly what NatureMade claims and is easily absorbed by the body. Unless it's a U. S. supplement, that is. You can't be sure it'll work.

This is an excellent product. I'm happier and I'm not forgetting things as much as I used to. It's also strengthened my body, which I recommend.
I purchase these vitamins from the same company that I purchase all of my other vitamins from. They have a seal on them that says the vitamins have been tested by a third-party laboratory.
Normally, I have no trouble swallowing pills, but these stick to the back of your throat rather than going down smoothly. To correct this, they need to be coated with something. This brand of these is not one I would purchase again.
They appear to fall to the bottom of the bottle, and given how small the pills are, my new purchase could very well be the entire 300-count bottle. I apologize for jumping to conclusions without having all of the facts. These D3 pills will be ordered again and again.
For nerve issues, my doctor recommended that I take B1 and B6. It appears to be performing its function. In the near future, I will make a purchase.
