I'm able to go longer periods of time without eating, and I'm more alert as a result of taking them. Overall, I'm feeling better. I'm running longer in the mornings, I'm less sore in the afternoons, and I'm less tired. So far, I'm pleased with how I'm feeling.
Very clear and concise dosing and package information; however, I'm curious if this product should be taken with or without food, and if heated fluid (to mix) degrades the potency in any way.
All I know is that I seem to have a lot more energy, and so far, everything is going well. br>Nice looking product; capsules are full, unlike other brands I've tried in the past; everything appears to be in order so far. This product has made me feel great, and I would highly recommend it.
I decided I needed it in my diet because of the caster's. This is an excellent product at an excellent price, and the company is doing an excellent job of making NMN accessible to the general public.
I haven't tried any other brands, but this one is one of my favorites. It makes me feel good when I combine it with Resveratrol. I don't take the combination every day; instead, I use it on days when I am not working out extremely hard or to my maximum capacity. The combination takes away a little bit, but I don't think doing your maximum every day is a good idea anyway. I mean, I'm no expert, but based on my observations, you can use this to gain muscle mass more easily if you use it correctly. What matters is how you use this product, whether it's to live longer, feel healthier, or gain muscle mass. I add the resveratrol because a doctor on Joe Rogan's podcast said it was the combination that allowed the NMN to work, so that's why I do it. I believe Resveratrol is to blame for your lack of strength in the gym, but as I previously stated, you appear to need to activate the NMN in order to get the most out of it.

Bulk Supplements has a great price point, which I appreciate. Quality and price are excellent. It blends well into my drink, which I make with a variety of other ingredients and a spoon. I've always been pleased with bulksupplements' products, such as collagen protein, beetroot, and so on.
For deceptive labeling, a star has been deducted. According to the page, there are 60 500 mg capsules (which would be a great deal at this price). There are 60 250 mg capsules in total (which is a fair price for such an expensive supplement). The "closer look" slides do not even show the back of the bottle, as every supplement is supposed to do, and nowhere on the page does it say that it takes two capsules to equal the 500 mg dosage they advertise. All of this points to deception on purpose. On NMN, this is NOT a good deal. NMN, on the other hand, is incredible. I'm 68 years old and started with a 250 mg dose and saw results. Now I'm on 800 mg of the "NMN Max" brand (2 capsules 400 mg each) and can't believe how much energy I have, more than I had 20 years ago. It isn't a stimulant; it simply imparts a youthful vitality. I'm on a fixed income (SSI), so this stuff is out of reach, but it's now a top priority in my budget. If you need 250 mg capsules, there are plenty of other brands in the same price range, and I recommend getting one of those rather than rewarding this brand for its deception. (It will be too late to repent if they fix it after this review is published. ).
