Mine was purchased a few months ago, and it expires in September of this year.
They both have the same amount of b3, but their chemical structures are different. Niacinamide appeals to me because it does not cause skin flushing or a flushed appearance. Niacin is one of these vitamins. I hope I was able to provide you with a satisfactory response to your queryLS

yippee! 😊. For some reason, my skin is glistening now. This supplement is a big help. Niacinamide is a nutrient that helps to maintain the health of your skin. br>br>Since starting to use it, I've been getting mild headaches. Who knows what will happen. 🤕.
After doing some research, I discovered that Niacinamide can aid in the treatment of acne. Our family has a history of acne. Accutane was required of both my father and me. Because of his health, my son is unable to take Accutane. On a scale of one to ten, his acne was about a seven. It has been reduced by about 85% with the use of niacinamide. It took about a month for everything to fall into place. Acne flares up again if he doesn't take it for a week. This is incredible.
For anti-aging and longevity, I substitute niacinimide for NAD. Significantly cheaper.
When I bought it, I didn't do enough research. I'm ashamed of myself. Although there are health benefits to this, people with type 2 diabetes should be aware that it may cause blood sugar levels to rise. If you take it, make sure to check your blood sugar to see how it affects you.
There is no such thing as a youth fountain. I had smaller dry spots on my elbows and knees after about a week, had more focus and mental acuity, and just felt better in general. This product, along with turmeric capsules, has significantly reduced my severe allergies. They aren't completely gone, but they have been significantly reduced. There isn't as much inhaler as there once was, and there isn't as much nasal spray as there I'm well aware that I'll be consuming for the rest of my days.
Be aware that this review reflects how I was affected and may not reflect how you were affected. This was purchased to replace niacin. Niacin causes me to flush, itch, and hurt for about an hour, even at 50mg. I didn't change my diet, supplements, or lifestyle to ensure I evaluated this properly because niacinamide does not cause the same vasodilation in capillaries and does not cause me discomfort. I began with a 50mg dose in the early afternoon, a 1g dose in the early evening, and a 1g dose at bedtime (warning: toxicity can occur at doses greater than 6g), so I believe I am in the safe zone, though this is only an assumption without liver function tests. br>br>The results have been outstanding. I'm a type 1 diabetic with autoimmune issues, and niacinamid appears to have improved most of my symptoms, including the pain in my peripheral neuropathy. My fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis pain are no longer an issue. My post-surgery foot pain is no longer present (after three years). My Raynaud's symptoms have improved, and I now have a better understanding of the condition. Circulation is improved in the legs and feet. Finally, the swelling in my foot has subsided. br>br>Priced at $12, it's not bad! This release was never given to me by a large number of pharmaceutical companies.
(I had been taking Niacinamide for a little over 4 months when I had my cholesterol checked. ) My husband had been taking Niacin for his elevated cholesterol without success. My LDL (bad cholesterol) had decreased by more than 100 points, while my HDL (good cholesterol) had increased by more than 100 points! My physician was taken aback. I hadn't changed my eating habits or my way of life. It's possible that this will not work for everyone, but it's worth a shot.
My dermatologist advised that I take 500mg twice a day to help prevent skin cancer. I've been taking it for a year and haven't had any suspicious spots or skin cancer as a result. I'm hoping for more progress, and I've noticed that my skin has become smoother.
