In fact, I switched to the 500 mg dose because the higher dose caused me to flush.

Wrong labeling, actually 500 mg x 200 at a high price. Possible fraud. br>br>As shown below, each capsule contains 500 mg of niacinamide but is labeled as 1000 mg. Fraud or a frightening level of incompetence are both possibilities. br>br>Photo compares NusaPure niacinamide packaging (1000 mg x 200 capsule) to a roughly equivalent Now product (500 mg x 100 capsule) sold widely and on Amazon. The NusaPure gel caps are the same size, so I weighed them with a precise balance (Mettler Toldeo). The capsule itself weighs approximately 150 mg out of a total weight of 650 mg. Would you trust a vitamin vendor who can't get the label right and doesn't seem to do any quality control on the final product you're putting into your body? Not a minor distinction, but a significant one that could result in fraud. br>br>Will report to Amazon as a fraudulent sale. I would have expected this if it had been a third-party sale, but it wasn't.
In 4 to 6 weeks, taking 1000 mg of niacinamide three times a day will eliminate all joint pain. If you don't take it, the pain will come back. I've been taking it for eight years and, at the age of 80, I have no joint pain in my hips, knees, elbows, or shoulders. It's a lot less expensive than having a joint replaced.
Because niacinamide is usually in the form of a large tablet, capsules make it much easier to take. Just keep in mind that you'll need to take two at a time to get the 1000 mg. I've been taking 3000mg per day for four weeks as directed by a doctor, and it's supposed to help with arthritis and cartilage regeneration. My knees and ankles are much better now that I've been taking it for a while. I'm still on 1000 mg per day. Works!.
NOT TRUE. "Niacinamide 1000 MG" is written in large block letters on the package. Only if you look closely will you notice "per serving" written in small letters beneath it. Even though the directions say to take 1 or 2 capsules per day, it's only when you look at the Supplement Facts that you notice the Serving Size is 2 capsules. According to their own packaging, the recommended daily dosage is 1/2 serving per day. There are 200 vegetable caps, according to the packaging. not in the sense of servings br>br>When purchasing this product, keep in mind that you will not receive 200 1000MG capsules; instead, you will receive 200 500MG vegetable caps or 100 1000MG servings, making it no longer cost effective. br>br>I will never buy this brand again because they put false information on the packaging in order to make a single sale.
I've developed depression over the past few months as a result of a rapid and extreme weight loss, and I'm taking 1000mg twice a day with meals to combat it. Since the first week of December 2018, I've lost more than 165 pounds - I was at a weight I'd been at for years - Now I'm only 115 pounds. This was accompanied by insomnia and depression, and my cousin suggested that taking 1000mg Niacinamide twice a day with meals would help alleviate the depression. br>br>The tablet is not overly large and easy to swallow for a 100mg dose. So far, no negative side effects have been reported. It's a good deal for two people. A hundred tablets are available.
Although the label says 1000 mg, the capsules only contain 500 mg. I needed 1000mg capsules, so I trusted the label and bought it. To get the correct dose, you'll need to take two capsules. I'm disappointed.
It's a deceptive label. They are not 1000mg capsules, which is what I had hoped for. They are 1000mg "per serving," which is 2 capsules (in smaller print).
My condition necessitates the regeneration of nerve cells. So far, this product has proven to be capable. To be sure, it might take a few more months.
