It changed the course of my life. In both of my knees, I have osteoarthritis. Despite losing more than 100 pounds, the damage had already been done. br>This pill has transformed a day where I was in excruciating pain and couldn't walk without cursing every step into a day where I was in relatively little pain. br>I've already reduced my calcium, sugar, and carb intake, but this is the icing on the cake. br>br>I've been told I need knee replacements, but I'm not going to get them. Any surgery gives me the creeps. br>In the morning, I take two 1,000mg capsules. One in the early evening, and one in the late afternoon. br>I gradually increased my dosage until I reached this level. br>This brand is effective. If I try to skip a day, my body will alert me. br>I can now walk without a cane and without wanting to scream in pain through Kroger, Walmart, and Lowe's one after the other.
I suffer from an autoimmune disease that is extremely rare. Nicotinamide is necessary for keeping the autoimmune disease under control when taken with two other prescriptions.
The only problem is that I need to take more than the daily dose recommended on the bottle. It usually takes two to three days. 3/day.
I never imagined I'd be able to get such performance from a tablet. I usually use powder, but this works just as well, and it's yet another reason why Nature's Life is quickly becoming one of my favorite brands.
There were no problems and my body tolerated them well. It takes a long time to figure out if a supplement is working as it should.

My triglycerides have been reduced to a healthy level.
