Well, it's nicely packed, and it appears to be quite good, but I'm not sure what effect it will have. I don't get enough B12 because I'm a vegetarian with sleep issues. I'd never had such issues before, and I believe it's due to a lack of B12. Today is the first time I'll be taking a pill. I've been using it for almost two months. It appears to be assisting me in dealing with my sleep issues. In terms of being able to sleep less and still feel rested, this is possible. This has been a problem for the majority of my life, and there has been no other lifestyle change that has made me feel any better. I am not vegan or vegetarian; I simply do not consume meat on a regular basis. It simply does not agree with the body. I'm anemic as well.
