Maybe it's just the batch we got, or maybe our genetics make us absorb supplements differently than most people, but these tasty gummy B-complex vitamins are delicious. Vitamin supplements in the form of 12 pills do not appear to be as effective as those in the form of hard tablets. We were both on the same B-complex vitamin regimen. 12 supplements in pill/tablet form that have proven to be effective (especially for seasonal depression and fatigue, B-complex vitamins). The number 12 is incredible! We noticed a decrease in energy after switching to these (in addition to the Vitafusion daily multivitamin and omega gummy vitamins we already take). We went back to the hard tablet B- after a week and a half. 12 supplements later, you'll be feeling much better. I'm clear-headed and energized once more. br>br>However, it isn't a complete loss. I noticed a difference the first day, more energy with no side effects. I suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks, so I notice every little strange thing that happens with anything I take. I take these with my omegas and vitamin D3 and I'm good to go. I'll buy them again.

I'm anemic and lacking in B-complex vitamins. I'm 12 years old and these gummies give me life! I take more than the recommended dosage and feel energized.
