I don't know whether it has something to do with the batch we got, or whether it has to do with our genetics causing us to absorb supplements differently, but these delicious gummy B-complex units are incredibly tasty. Hard tablet supplements are generally more effective than supplements containing 12, which is a group of vitamins.
